As your first step on the journey to Dental Implant treatment at Holly Dental Practice, we invite you to attend a Consultation. This is so that we can assess the health of your teeth and gums before any implants are placed. If there are any signs of gum disease, these must be treated first to prevent them from affecting the implant later. Your treatment will then be planned to suit you following several x-rays, used to assess the bone density and consider any nearby structures which might determine the size and position of the proposed implant. Based on this, we will then be able to provide you with a personalised Treatment Plan outlining proposed timeframes and costs for your Dental Implant Treatment.
We will then take the time to review your Treatment Plan with you to help you understand the different stages of proposed treatment as well as to answer any further questions or queries you may have. We will also discuss the range of finance options we provide at Holly Dental Practice so that, should you be interested, you can make payment in affordable monthly amounts. (Please note that finance is subject to status and terms and conditions apply - for more information about our Finance options please click here »)
The surgical aspect of your Dental Implant treatment will be carried out by our highly experienced Dental Implant Dentist - Dr Jonathan Kennair. This procedure is usually carried out under a strong local anaesthetic, but for cases where a number of implants are placed an anaesthetist can be brought in especially, to sedate the patient during the longer appointments. The restorative aspect of your treatment will then be carried out by our highly experienced Cosmetic Dentist - Dr Andy Holly.
Once treatment has been completed, you will be provided with comprehensive After Care information. We always keep a close eye on our valued patients at Holly Dental Practice, so we will also arrange regular follow-up appointments with you to ensure that we can continue to provide you with ongoing support with your new smile and overall oral health care.
